We purchased an apartment at Cooper Lodge, Frinton on Sea, for my Mum to live in.She has been there for 3 years now and is very happy.Mandy was very helpful at the outset in helping with the sale and settling in Mum.Mum particularly likes the social side of living at the apartment. They have coffee mornings, arrange trips out to theatres and regularly get together with their neighbours for bingo evenings etc.The guest suite is particularly useful for any guests wishing to stay over, as Mum has a one bedroom apartment.Coopers Lodge is kept looking in a lovely condition.We are very happy with the security facilities there, as it takes away the worry of Mum being on her own.We thorough recommend the over 50 apartment lifestyle.
