My parents moved into Lewis Carroll Lodge three years ago and it’s the best thing they could have ever done. I reviewed all the retirement complexes in Gloucestershire and LCL ticked all the boxes. Since their first viewings and since moving in, they have felt like a part of a family/community that is supportive and friendly. This is down to the atmosphere & activities that Yan puts on. He goes above and beyond looking out for my parents and I feel happy knowing he is the Lodge Manager. He is an absolute star and really takes a pride in his work. He is more than a Lodge Manager and hope Yan knows how highly regarded and respected he is by the people that live there and there extended families.
