My father in law (known to me as Dad) has lived in Bennett Lodge since 2019. He had a fall recently and needed an ambulance. I have to say that Caroline the House Manager has been brilliant. She called the ambulance and was so helpful and caring throughout this stressful time. While Dad was in hospital we realised he would need an electric bed and again Caroline was able to help through her knowledge of her residents. Since Dad has returned from hospital, Caroline has been keeping a close eye on him. My wife, her sister, Dad, and I are very appreciative of her help.
