I have been working here as a cleaner for many years now. I think it's an absolutely lovely establishment very warm and welcoming. The garden is wonderfully maintained and ample of space surrounded by lovely plants and trees. The manager runs Chartwell Lodge very well. She is very welcoming and polite, helpful and contentive and is there for the residents as and when they need her. Everything is handled very professionally.
