John has been a temporary manager at New Hall and I know that my mom (and family) has been very impressed with all the work he has done. He is a great communicator and has a wonderful friendly personality. He is very hard working. Any jobs that need to be done are mentioned to him and are dealt with quickly and efficiently. He has made great improvements to New Hall and if he lived nearby they would have loved him to stay on as manager. He will be missed by the residents. Wherever John goes next, the residents will be lucky to have him.
