I must commend the work of the lodge manager at Ellesmere Lodge in Brackley. My mother recently had an operation and the lodge manager couldn't be more helpful and supportive to my mother during her recovery. This is a huge peace of mind for families and I am immensely grateful for all the assistance my mother has received. The service was very much 'above and beyond'.
