I visit Jubilee Lodge on a regular basis, 3 or 4 times a week and the building and surrounding garden areas are always kept in a pristine manner. It is clean, smells nice (!) very well maintained and is a credit to the Manager and residents who I know work very hard to maintain the excellent standard.
