I wrote an honest review a couple of days ago regarding CEM and their guest suite charges. Firstly it was good to get a quick response. However my two main questions were NOT answered!(A) How many apartment owners were consulted on this matter? What discussions took place?(B) Stripping all the verbiage aside, quantify the actual cost of a couple staying from Friday midday to Sunday midday (two nights) ?80. One set of laundry and one room plus bathroom to clean, I reiterate, a lovely place to live. But to stop gripes like mine more consultation?
