After visiting several establishments looking for a Western Union, and being turned away with "we no longer do that", I happened to walk past CashMoney on Finch and Warden. The atmosphere was welcoming. She was so professional, pleasant and helpful, giving advice and explanation. In a time where people have just become numbers, Amy's customer service was outstanding. I felt important. She was genuine. Well done.
