I do not like the arbitrary changing of the credit limit. Why not simply allow your clients to ask? When I had lost my job, the insurance coverage was there, but ended rather prematurely, wherein the person I called said that a payout of $2,000 would happen. I never received this on my account, which would have helped while I was in a bad situation, and I paid for the insurance in the first place!
