Since changing my employer in May it has taken well over six phone calls for payment to be updated. I believe it to finally be resolved but this process with other companies was a simple update online that took 30-seconds to complete. Cash Money needs to update their processes, and I regret having such a large loan with them as I’ll be stuck paying it for several years.
