Had a few items from here and started a collection of wolf items,just purchased the wolf candle set and they are really beautiful,they are unique and not in the shops and the detail is lovely,would recommend Bradford Exchange if you're looking for something different.
Ordered 2 things for my little girls birthday says order confirmed but they didn't take a payment or send the item I spoke to customer services who told me there payment line was down and all ordered would be taken again in a few days and sent out nothing to worry about so I thought that's fine, still not heard anything so it's clearly not coming. Poor customer service
What went wrong is that nothing happened, I gave an order, bank details etc, and after several emails, because your customer service doesn'???t do phone calls, I'???m 67 and we don'???t work like that.nevertheless the nothing was delivered, thankfully no money taken, nothing happened and you want me to rate your efforts.
