Order placed and email received confirming delivery would be made to my Dad in the UK. Waited 1 week and nothing else heard. On chat today and because my billing address was not in the UK you cancelled the order! You didn'???t tell me you cancelled the order. You didn'???t tell me that an international billing address wasn'???t allowed. You shouldn'???t have let me place the order if you didn'???t take international billing address. Your system should validate and advise customers if you are cancelling an order! Awful (no) communication and a huge let down as it was for my dad'???s 80th birthday. I should add that I was on web chat with your company the other day, that is how l found out you cancelled the order! No apology, he just said the order was cancelled because of the international billing address. He wasn'???t interested in helping me then so why would I reach out to them again?! No future business from me.
