Absolutely atrocious! I had to order my birthday present so my partner could pay for it and get it done in installments. When I clicked installments and then went through the process. Which wasn't the easiest of processes to do! He had to verify the payment with his bank, which he did. After I received an email saying that the whole amount had been taken! He wasn't happy and neither was I because that's not what we chose! So looks like the payment will be declined because he doesn't get paid until Friday! Plus he will have to look elsewhere for my birthday present, which we both agreed wasn't what either of us wanted. The ring was perfect........
