My order has yet to be delivered with no recourse through customer service. I ahve been trasnferred twice with 58 minute wait times each time. I have been told that my purchase was not confirmed yet the money was taken from my bank account. they also wanted me to pay again.My anniversary was ruined as they falsely advertised it would arrive by June 16th but never did. The chat function is useless and I cant get a hold of anyone.
