Horrible Cancellation Experience and Lack of Transparency

Their services are satisfactory until you decide to cancel, at which point a multitude of issues may arise. Once the phone customer service verifies your cancellation request, they will continue charging you with additional fees for annulment and proceed directly through direct debit without prior notification.To avoid this situation: never grant them access to your card or bank account; do not say you have never been warned.UPDATE: After reaching out to customer care, they promptly called me back to apologize for the error. This afternoon, they sent me an email confirming that there won'???t be any further transactions and that I don'???t owe them any fees.The representative I spoke with, Saadiqah, was very attentive, courteous, and helpful. For this reason, I'???ve changed my rating from 2 to 4 because problems do occur. However, I strongly advise them to use a different chatbot because that one was truly unhelpful.
