I made an enquiry some years ago about telephony for home, but decided against it for no fault of bOnline's. They continue to call me despite me repeatedly telling them that I'm not interested and specifically asking for my details to be removed from their database. If they can't be trusted with a simple thing like a data privacy request, then they certainly cannot be trusted with credit card details. I would never use this service based on this breach of trust.UPDATE: bOnline just called me again on the same day to complain about this check review review - to which they had already posted the response below. When I asked they would not answer my questions about data that they held that would indicate how many times they have called me or how many times I have asked them to delete my data from the database. I think it's reasonable to suggest harassment may soon be added to the list of data abuse complaints against them if they continue at this rate.UPDATE 2: 11 days later, they called me again, oblivious to my previous requests to remove my details from their system. This now confirms a course of conduct sufficient to fulfil the legal defintion of harassment, alluded to in my last update.
