Customer service rep rang to ask how my service was. I said it was good but would like full fibre when available. He said it was available and took me through the steps. Only thing I would say is I said I was quite busy and if it was going to take more than a couple of minutes I'???d leave it until next week. He said it would only be a few minutes. I'???m the end it was about 15 minutes do I would have preferred to have done it at a later time. Otherwise good efficient service.
