Upgrade success at last. After the disappointing experience of being upgraded to Ver 3.0 yesterday, I was left with only one working telephone. The engineers said they were working on the problem and would call me back but didn't.Today, I spoke to Byron who talked me through how to reconnect the base station to the handsets and he also gave me an excellent brief on a system setup web-page which I had never seen before as I never got the promised 'on-boarding' brief which I had paid for.Bravo 'Byron' and very many thanks.
