I called to renew my contract with BOnline. Zwelethu dealt with my renewal. He placed me on hold a few times to double check details. I feel he was extremely thorough and I didn't mind taking a little extra time to ensure that the contract was right for me. I thoroughly recommend BOnline to anyone.
