Automated systems poor, human service much better

I have had some indifferent experiences with BOnline communications since upgrading my service - notably poor automated systems that send out multiple spurious emails about termination of service. However when calling up today to find out details about the engineer attending tomorrow to switch on the upgrade to Fibre service, I had an excellent customer service assistant Shaaista Sohan who was very efficient and helpful and answered all my queries.
