i am really saddened to write this

i am really saddened to write this review. When looking for a personal injury solicitor, everyone recommends or suggests bird 2 bird and Gordon, however my experience has been negative so far and only at start of the journey of what i feel would be very long and stressful. Contact was quick from enquiry, i feel that the person on other end of phone is a robot, there is lots of background noise and there is no personalisation.M y questions arent clearly answered, i am left on hold often and there are words that worry me like, probably, if ,hopefully. Ihave now been contacted by a 2nd robot who hung up on me mid conversation and call has not been returned. i am afraid i have little faith in this company at the moment, which is a real shame.

A very satisfied customer

When my journey first started I was a little apprehensive and didn't have much hope. I rang bird 2 bird and Gordon, the day after David Dunne came for a home visit and spent three hours chatting and making notes. The company took up my case and all the way through David and his team kept me informed and made me feel at ease. They were very professional and polite. My claim is now settled and I am very happy. I would certainly recommend this company and especially David Dunne.
