I didn't appreciate an email telling me that S&G had "Discovered" a new vehicle finance agreement which has been added to my claim. I notified S&G of said agreement when they failed to find it in the initial search. A bit rich for them to claim credit for "discovering" it when I identified it to them (Twice).
