I am a fairly new user on Airtm and became a client through a referral link from a friend who has been using the platform for quite some time. Although he initially had problems with his account being limited for about a month, the same thing happened to me. As soon as I registered, a few days later, I received a message that my account was limited and I needed to go through verification. Eventually, I completed it, and I received a message that my account was ready to be used up to a certain amount. However, when money was credited to my account, it turned out that I could not transfer this amount either within the platform or outside of it. There is a restriction on withdrawing funds. However, the most disturbing is that I contacted Customer Service, created a ticket #3076226, and it has already been almost a week without any response about what this problem is, whether it will be resolved, and when. Therefore, urgent help is needed with this to be able to use the platform and give it a second chance to make it right.
