If I could leave 0 I would. I ordered test. Tried to get on line to take text. Kept getting error messages. I contacted support at least 4 times trying to get help. I used chrome ,Firefox, safari, updated to latest versions and always got that the browser was not compatible. I even went to the public library to use their computer which are latest versions. Error on there also that browser was not compatible. In all my emails I asked to get a refund if it is not going to work. Finally I asked for supervisor and to get a refund. They said if I had an email stating I wanted a refund I could get it. I sent the email but they denied it because I asked for help in that first email in addition to a refund if I can't get it to work I really wasn't asking for the refund. Every email I sent stated if I couldn't get it to work I wanted my money back. Don't use them. Was easier to go to a test center, make an appointment and take the test. Not any more money either. So they got my money and I have not been able to take the test. Very poor customer service also. At the time I was having the problems taking tests, I couldn't get help. And when they finally did follow up I wasn't online, and there only reply was to use chrome or Firefox which I already was.
