The course is very long and doesn't let you to skip. The material they cover during training didn't prepare me for the test, I just barely passed the exam. Then I was not aware I had to submit my certificate to the department of health for my state, which no one informed me of, it should be automatic or there should be instructions to do so. I was told by the health inspector this actually happens more frequently than not for other food truck truck/restaurant owners that are unaware. LASTLY & MOST IMPORTANTLY: After you take the exam they don't tell you what questions you get wrong, which is ridiculous!! How else are you supposed to learn from your mistakes if you don't know what questions you get wrong.I am now writing this review after having to retake the exam now all because I didn't submit my certificate within a 6 month window to the state. SMH!!
