In total, I've spent over 5 hours waiting for a proctor so far and still haven't been able to test. After the second day of waiting an hour and a half, I was connected to a proctor. She said I needed to restart my browser to screen share. I did as she said and obviously was disconnected from the test. After contacting support I found out there isn't a way to reconnect, which seems like a necessary feature for customer service to be able to do with a service like this, so now I'm stuck waiting again. When I got to third in line, I was directed back to the "Get in line" page and went back up to seventh in line. It's now the end of the day, so I'll have to try again another day. I will never use this company again for myself or my employees and I will be making sure everyone I speak to knows how terrible it is using this company.
