Terrible experience with the site

Terrible experience with the site. Constantly glitching. Course was already bloated and needlessly stretched out and then furthermore took literal *hours* longer than it should have because of the glitching. After everything else, I was locked out on the final test because of the same glitching issues and I had to call customer service and argue with them and demand a refund before they agreed to reset it. I have already found an alternative site to use next time I need to update my certifications and have warned my friends away from 360.
