I had asked a refund from a merchant and after not receiving an answer, Whop took over on a Sunday and within hours I was issued my refund. Happy client of the platform.

Signed up for a paid discord channel that went through whop. The content creator promised a lot on his landing page, but never followed through on them. So I started a support ticket for a refund. Whop gives creators 1 week to respond. This creator did not respond at all. Whop then proceeded to tell me that even though the creator didn??t respond, whop wasn??t going to refund me. I ended up reaching out to my credit card company and got the charge refunded that way. From my experience, whop is only there to collect . They don??t care what kind of experience the customer has.

I subscribed to a course on Whop.com but canceled my membership before it ended. However, after the membership expired, the platform continued trying to charge me 1 every day, with no clear reason. I had to lock the card to avoid charges.These charges kept hitting my locked card. I reached out to support, and they assured me the issue would be resolved, but the charges continued I deleted payment info, and even deleted account on Whop. My second attempt to contact support also went without help. Eventually, I had to file a complaint with my bank. I won??t be using this website again.

This fake and scam site. So many fraud and fake promotion on this site, even all the review on TRUSTPILOT all is fake, they buy bot to make good review on this site.

The company completely mismanaged my dispute. I accidentally purchased a subscription therefore I requested a refund through the creator but I had no response apart from denied refund confirmation and realisation the whop account he created no longer exists. The case was escalated to Whop??s resolution team who also declined it. They kept me waiting almost two days to be told the refund won??t be processed. I??m extremely disappointed with lack of understanding, support and ability to help after providing all the evidence to back my case. Whop??s manager himself admitted the case was badly handled by customer service staff but it is simply not good enough. Be careful they are scammers! Raise your dispute through your bank and you will get your money back.

I had difficulties creating a clear outcome to get my whop shop on the discovery. So I contacted whop staff for help, they created me an outcome, only for it be rejected again. Contacted them again only to be given the run round, not wanting to help.

I joined a community hoping to gain insight in a particular niche I am interested in. I paid 1020USD for 6 months which averages out to 170USD per month. I was shocked to find out that racial, homophobic and abusive slurs were thrown round left, right and centre. I opened a case with Whop hoping to get a refund, giving evidence of mutliple users comments in the group. Whop decided to side with the Company? Why? A big part of the price I paid is being able to interact with the community, but it was a glorified cess pit of keyboard warriors. I cant believe it. And Whop wont issue me a refund after seeing this!

Not worthy at all. They keep 46 of the customer payment. They do that very smartly so you think that its normal and its not valid but you are entrepreneur and you do maths, paying a developer to builf those features. its much more efficient. Nowdays, they add mor 10 fees plus 24 more on it cause of VAT without informing. Stay away

My experience with the WHOP customer service advisor Devin was very positive! i contacted WHOP support regarding a refund. Since I couldnt get a hold of the the marketing team who called me about the course. i thought i would reach out to WHOP directly. The WHOP advisor Devin were very responsive and helpful, and made everything so much easier since i am still new to WHOP. I really appreciate the support, he helped me navigate where i need to be, but then went one step ahead to get me more information. he got me the answer about my refund which really put my mind to ease, because i was panicking, and it took him less then 10 mins to get the information to me. i do tend to send a lot of messages and it didnt annoy him, which normally happens when i do message people. he listened and help.Customer service is a 100.

Great experience so far! Aidan was super easy to work with when it came time to verify my product, fulfillment, etc., and my clients are loving how easy the app is to manage affiliates. Would recommend!

Whop is a complete joke when it comes to protecting sellers. I have a strict NO REFUND policy clearly stated in my Terms Conditions, and yet they refunded a customer who claimed they forgot to cancel??even though we sent an email reminder 24 hours before renewal!So whats the point of having your own policies if Whop just ignores them?Customer support is useless. I explained everything, showed proof, and all they said was to update your policy. What??s the point if you don??t even respect or enforce seller policies in the first place?As a seller, this platform offers zero protection and just bends to whatever the buyer says. Absolutely ridiculous.Terrible platform, terrible support, and terrible seller experience. I??ll be moving my business elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs. They won??t allow you to unsubscribe and won??t allow you to delete your account. Holding onto data with no consent. In addition you can??t contact a supervisor for additional support.
