So a crypto wallet is supposed to be secure isnt it? If thats the case perhaps someone can explain how my wallet with the seed phrase kept offline in a locked drawer has been hacked and all the coins removed to other addresses. Except no one can and your customer support is atrocious, stating it mustve been me but i dont remember and then i must have emailed the seed phrase to someone, really!!!!BE AWARE, YOUR FUNDS ARE IN NO WAY SECURE WITH THESE PEOPLE, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED, EXCEPT SILLY ACCUSATIONS OF WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE AND WHAT LITTLE COINS THAT HAVENT BEEN STOLEN YOULL NEVER EVER BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW ELSEWHERE WITHOUT CONSTANT ERROR MESSAGES LUNC

Well, that was a complication. Zilliqa had done an update to their staking tool. Only to cause me some issues with claiming, invisible rewards that had done a vanishing trick, balances that didnt match, etc. My thanks go to the trusted team and their relentless efforts to get it resolved. Great job on answering all posts at least the 60 I reviewed, even the 1 Stars.I find the interface simple and straight to the point, dark mode is appreciated, and there is great ease in transacting.Suggestion if its not too much hassleWhen someones attempting to transfer or exchange funds and does not have any ETH balance, there should be an option to extract ETH charge amount out of the balance of whats being transferred or exchanged.
