I made an exchange on their platform, used the send all button, it rounds up so that you may not have enough balance to cover the transaction. Took me a few times to figure out what was going on and ended up costing me 16 in eth gas to exchange 140 in coins. Yes, I should have noticed what was going on sooner, but fix that, its stuff like this that keeps people afraid to move their crypto off of coinbase and binance.I will say the customer service was quick to reply, I do like the set up, easy to use for staking and many quality coins to choose from.

Hacked, all my coins removed in the space of 10 mins. My seed phrase and passwords are stored on a USB in my safe. I am a web developer so dont ask me if I gave my password or seed phrase to anyone. I didnt in fact I hadnt even logged into trusted for about 3 weeks. I notice my account shows multiple scam coins sent to me over the last month none of which I have interacted with yet they all show up in the trusted Wallet. Yes I understand that trusted is a decentralized noncustodial wallet so what you are saying is that NO ONE is safe. You can still lose everything even if you keep your passwords and seed phrase 100 safe. Well I hope you tell customers this when they sign up! This is the second horrendous experience I have had with trusted and since there is nothing left in the account, needless to say I highly recommend that nobody uses this travesty of a servicewallet.Thanks for your reply I am glad you vaguely admit that there are ways to lose everything without your seed phrase or password being compromised because that is what happened.Lets be clear You use a third party for transactions and have no responsibility when something goes wrong you are not responsible for anything that happens on the wallet what actually is it you do? Your customer responses are all just done on fake rotating names your terms and conditions categorically say you have zero responsibility for ANYTHING You even added a clause to cover the transaction error that cost me USD 6000 during the Luna fiasco. Again what is it you actually do that instills confidence in people using your service?
