It is a big scam, the 5 star rating is given by their own people otherwise the moment you create a wallet, the back door is available to the team. And they will just take away all your coins eventually. The incident happened on 07 Sep 2021 but I cant get to that date in Trustpilot, so I have given as 19122021.Do not trust this fraud Wallet and as such it is registered in some shady region of Europe and not accountable to any financial wrong doings. They will only blame you for revealing the 12 word code, but the fact of the matter is that they have a backend hack to get your funds.When scams have been blatantly running in USA, where crypto balances have been stolen by tweaking backend codes despite stringent regulations and risk of long jail terms, then assuming trusted Wallet which is registered in a tin pot country like Estonia and hoping to be honest is a far fetched idea. I told my son to take out all his wallet balance of bitcoin from it, but he did not do it and lost more than 4000 worth of bitcoin. He could not digest this as he had not shared any keys with anyone and ruminated over it and suffered mental breakdown after that and it costed me another 2000 in medical bills and hospitalization and untold agony to my son and the whole family.Guys please be wary of the trusted wallet, better go for a wallet which is registered in your own country, at least you can legally pursue a case against them. But if you have black money or drugs money, feel free to use trusted Wallet and lose it.The scammers will always blame you and that is what they have done in their reply. But trust me, they have written the code and they know the back door and which country they belong to Estonia, can anyone trust them, yes, probably the Russian mafia but not you and me. Just stay away, you will be safe.

trusted wallet has a feature that will allow you to exchange coins on their platform.Now that they stole all my bitcoin,they wont let me exchange my coins.So i lost all the coins i have on trusted .This is a horrible company,nothing but crooks.DONT TRUST trusted WALLET,THEY WILL STEAL EVERYTHING.
