Judith our mower and newest member of the family is saving our bodies. Our yard is super steep and weve been told its one of the hardest to mow by a professional. We have injured backs and ankles mowing. Judith climbs right up without issue. She may slip on occasion but she catches herself and continues on. The instruction manual is lacking. Thank goodness for YouTube. Its not perfect and Id like to suggest a setting to send the mower back to charge at a different battery level. However, for her few flaws, shes earned a place in our heart as she works in horrid heat on a hill every week.

New sweeper kit delivered at the beginning of March with YUKA 2000. When putting it into operation it turned out that the brush roller unfortunately wasnt running at all. She was just shaking back and forth slightly. The support team was contacted and an update was sent to me. Unfortunately there was no improvement. I uploaded a log file and a video. Afterward, I was assured that I would receive a new sweeper kit. The new sweeper kit works perfectly. Thanks to the support team for the professional support and the quick completion.Now I have a perfect helper in my garden that brings me great joy and saves me time.Thats how you solve problems, and thats why Im giving it 5 stars.

Best remote mower on the market. A few things that I dont like, is wont go up hill on wet grass so I mow late in the day. If you mow small areas it is tough on the grass. Doesnt like deep grass. Great fun to set up and play with, easy to program. Mows fine, can strip. Dont let your wife drive over it,

I tried last year with Luba 1, and again this year with Luba 2. Both times, started well and then fairly quickly the issues started. Customer support is terrible. Even when they agreed to refund me, I had to raise a dispute with my bank because they were totally inept when it came to collecting the device, and then lied and wouldnt refund me. Do not go near these people.

Im writing this review after someone decided to judge this company based off only negative reviews. My Yuka 1500 is my first robot mower. The app is very easy to navigate and setup was intuitive. I did my research and determined the best location for the rtk antenna before purchasing. I didnt need to touch a lawn mower once all summer. I havent had one issue. I cant recommend this enough.

I was wondering if a Luba 2 would fit my garden which has multiple levels and quite steep slopes to go from one to another, I wrote a message on instagram and sent some photos of the lawn. In no more than 2 hours they replied confirming that Luba could work in my lawn, for now excellent customer service.

I was a bit apprehensive, in that we have several spreading trees in my front garden, but have had no real issues. Sometimes when the signal is less than perfect, it slows down, or waits for a passing satellite.My son lives next door , we have added his lawns to my two fairly large ones. Then more at the other end of his house and now the orchard! Cant believe how well RTK goes through buildings and the area it can cover.The RTK unit is only on the short pole , but has an open view of the sky. Very impressive.Im using blades I bought for a mc culloch predecessor. They can be bought easily on line for pennies.

I recently purchased the Mammotion mower and couldnt be happier with my decision. Setting it up was incredibly easyadjusting the settings to fit my lawn was a breeze. The mower is built from highquality materials, which really shows in its sturdy construction and reliable performance. After just a few uses, my lawn has never looked better the cut is precise, leaving the grass neat and beautifully manicured. Overall quite good. Well designed and built mower Luba 5000 well packaged and fairly easy to setup.Pros positioning works well and very easy to set task areas, makes nice straight lines vs random cutting some setup options speeds, angles, schedules cuts well mostly.Cons clogs easily and frequently if grass is even slightly damp which is a lot of the time in Ireland, ability to set excl times like 9pm11am would be huge benefit Mammotion or if trying to cut more than a few mm, rain sensor useless only stops if a downpour, turning areas often torn up due to harsh turning functionality.Also the regular software updates, altho bring welcome additional functions, sometimes cause new problems, but they do provide active support thru Reddit forum, aswell as more customer experiences and tips there to read.

Our lawn has NEVER looked better! The Luba was smooth and pretty easy to setup, we experienced no trouble at all with finding a satellite or penetrating our house, tress or other obstacles. We were also surprised how easily it handles crossing a dry stream bed and around 100 feet of pea gravel driveway between front and backyards. This unit is fabulous and has totally outperformed our professional landscapers.

Why is their shipping so slow, whether you order directly from them or through Amazon? Its ridiculous. My package left the same facility twice in the same week, yet never has arrived anywhere. How is this even possible? Its useless to email customer service because they are anything but helpful.As for the date of my experience its ongoing since I have yet to receive 2 packages I ordered weeks ago with useless tracking info.The mower is very cool. But someone needs to learn how to run a business.

The mower works amazingly! I was able to set it up in an afternoon and it has been working great since. I have had my LUBA 3000 for about two months now and have had no issues with its hardware. Any suggestions I have are software related and I can already see progress from Mammotion on improving many of the things I would suggest closer mowing to nogo zones, easier modification of border and zones, etc. All in all I am very happy with my LUBA and am looking forward to seeing how Mammotion improves it even further in the future.

Where do I start?First of all there was a 3 week delay in delivery and despite contacting support the response was not very enthusiastic. Basically they knew it was going to be delayed and did not let me know, why should they? Im only the customer.From the first set up, the mower constantly gets lost, looses direction and never works under the tree canopy. the Customer Support response is to blame solar flares. Surely if Tesla cars dont get lost and stop working under a tree, they can get my mower to work?Despite several software updates, Luba 2 still manages to get lost, drive into no go zones and randomly stop whenever it feels like it resulting in manual resets and loss of progress. Yesterday was the final straw, the cutting disc not blades have melted where the bolts attach it to the motor housing resulting in it being ejected from the machine. Of course Customer Support tell me that this is not covered under warranty. At 70 pp a pair this seems like an expensive cash cow for a designed to fail piece of plastic glass fibre. I am not happy at the prospect of having replace these every couple of months.Despite several requests from the beginning for a return and refund, Customer Support seems to ignore these requests. I have reported the issue to my bank and they will be taking it from here.Honestly, I am so disappointed with this machine. The promise of care free lawn mowing is anything but. 3K for a robot mower I could have spent on a ride on mower, at least I could have relaxed with a cold beer whilst riding around my two acres instead of wandering up and down the field resetting it for random issues.For anyone thinking of buying one of these just realise that they may be ok for a small domestic garden but they are a certainly not practical if you have tree canopies or any area worthy of a rideon size. If you have the cash to squander on a gadget for the sake of bragging then go for it, if however you want a practical machine, avoid this one.

I have had a very positive experience so far with my purchase, including purchase ease, shipping time, and useability. I hear reports of poor customer service and parts experiences, but I thankfully havent had the opportunity or need to test this myself. I have been using this mower for about 2 months now, six days a week.

Mammotion have been excellent so far, I somehow bought 2 Luba 2s and quickly received a refund for the extra, the collection service is due today to collect the extra. Customer service have been extremely efficient and helpful. Set up of the Luba 2 has been so simple, quick and easy. I look forward to seeing the results.

Bought a Luba 1000 about 2 months ago, Have to say it has done and still doing an amazing job on our 3 lawn areas. Its ability to combat slopes and holes in the lawn dug by the dogs Is incredible! I would highly recommend this lawnmower to anyone. My only thing I couldnt judge on would be is spare parts and also support, but havent had any issues so far so havent needed.
