At the begining contacting them wasnt easy i couldnt make a ticket about my problem. Then i tried with an email that dont finish with hotmail.ca and everything worked great. At first i dont know why but I was told something that wasnt true about my account. I had to insist another time and told that the situation was a bit urgent and got taken into consideration immediatly. The peoples that helped me understood my panic and the importance of my problem and give me immediatly pist of solution. There respond were not always fast, i had needed sometime to send another mail, but they always provide respond with great informations and clear things about what i needed to do. To resume, the begining of the support wasnt the best (i probably got someone that didnt care sadly) but after that it was really good
