This review is fire Keertan at Indian Eagle. He was thorough and very patient with us. We asked on a lot of questions which he answered well. He is well informed and extremely helpful. We were very happy to deal with Indian eagle for purchasing our tickets to India.
Umakanth was very helpful and spent over an 1 and 1/2 hours with me to help fix my delayed flight which caused a problem that would have made me miss my connecting flight. He helped me get a new connecting flight and saved me a lot of time that would have been wasted. The best customer service anyone can ask for!
What an excellent experience, amazing persistence and patience exihibited by their agent, Vasu. Air India had cancelled their flight on 1 leg and Vasu worked with me and Air India to find an alternative trip and ensured that I get to Hyd without a hitch.Thanks Indian Eagle and their agent Vasu in particular.
