Again excellent experience with Alan .. and Mo. Really good advice choosing our Sofas chair and footstool .. coffee and loads of cuddles for Coco our dog. Being dog friendly is a big plus .. great store

Steve and Rhys delivered our table extension on Friday 9th, they phoned in advance to confirm the time, Steve was very polite and friendly and Rhys wanted to take a photo of our table they offered to put it on but we said not to worry as we didn'???t need it on. Well done to them both.

Welcoming, but not pushy

Mark was a non-intrusive salesman. He welcomed us to store, checked were ok, and let us wander independently. Once we had identified the piece of furniture we were interested in, we called Mark over and started to discuss our potential purchase.We ended up buying a table and chairs, the process was simple, we did not feel smothered and were extremely happy with our purchase

Delivery and assembly of our new suite from Furniture Village

Tom and Callum were very careful and respectful. They moved out an older settee and then assembled the new suite and located it as we wanted. We couldn'???t be happier. Thank you.

Furniture Village delivery by Stu and Ste very nice and very helpful they showed me how to care for my suite and where very nice. They turned up right on time and left no mess. I would definitely recommend them.
