Really happy with our new sofa. We purchased '???The Moreno fabric corner sofa. So far, all great. The delivery drivers - Ben H and Perri were very professional, friendly and polite. They put together our sofa, gave us good advice and answered any questions concerning the sofa. The delivery was very quick. They also gave us updates on the way to us about our delivery. Great service.
Please please please could someone sort this out for me. In November 2024 I ordered Sofas, beds, tables which were all late, however I've now got a majority of my order however there is still one item missing since November 2024 (now may 2025) I have rang the store in Tunbridge Wells 4 times every time someone promises to call me back as of 10th May 2025 no one has rung me back, not once have I received a call back. I am writing this review in desperation with the hope that somebody senior will see this and feel sorry for me and sort the final part of my order out.
