I been using coin base over years but I

I been using coin base over years but I have had it with there lack of incompetence, lack of support, and no sense of having any kind of care for their customers. There should not just the customer gets messed over and no resolution. I make an error by trying to send money I had on my coin base wallet back to my regular coin base exchange only to had never received it because I select the wrong network. And even though I sent it on cryptoier wallet wallet to my cryptoier wallet account they'reno way I can receive my funds because its on the wrong network. The fact that they'reno resolution for this instead of me taking a loss and getting a pep talk by cryptoier wallet incompetent support agent is crazy. The fact that all made it possible for me to make a simple error like that shows how flaw cryptoier wallet system really is and if your ignorant to any errors it will cost you money and cryptoier wallet will not be liable and you all be carrying the loss. I do not advise any one to put there money on this crooked platform that could care less how much there customer loses due to how critically flawed this platform is put together. There are no safeguards attached so thread lightly. Update* cryptoier wallet has return my funds me continuing to raise the issue via there complaint option. The first round of customer support told me there was no way to get my money back which turned out to be untrue. So if I have not push the envelope and given up easily I would have lost my money. But I do appreciate cryptoier wallet for making things right so I do acknowledge that.
